One on One Session

Cancellation Policy

This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use and protect the personal information provided by participants in our private mentorship sessions. By booking this session, you are agreeing to the legally binding Confidentiality Agreement below. Please arrive to the session 5 minutes ahead of your scheduled session. If you are having a group session, please pass the guidelines to everyone that will be attending as the session will start and end on time unless at the discretion of Ms.Kim Burrell. No time will be added to the session unless at the discretion of Ms.Kim Burrell and an additional fee if more time is requested and it is accepted may be incurred. A 15 minute grace period will be given for tardiness. If you are 16 minutes or more late to the session without prior communication, your session will cancelled with no refund or reschedule. If your tardiness is communicated , you will only have whatever time remaining for your session. 25 minute tardiness with or without communication is an automatic cancellation without a refund or reschedule. If For any reason Ms. Kim Burrell is tardy, the time difference will be accommodated. If for any reason Ms. Kim Burrell have to cancel, the session will be rescheduled. You are booking a music mentorship session. Anything else outside of the realm of The mentorship curriculum Will be redirected. Please be respectful and attentive. If for any reason, Ms. Kim Burrell feels uncomfortable or disrespected, the session will end immediately and a refund will not be given and the session will not be rescheduled. This infraction may also jeopardize future mentor session opportunities. All mentor sessions will be recorded for personal assessments and documentation. No parts of this session are to be publicly broadcasted without written consent from both parties. All intellectual property, ideas or creative directives given during the mentoring session are owned by Ms. Kim Burrell and are not to be used for public display or monetary gain without written consent and compensation. There are NO REFUNDS. No additional people will be allowed on one on one mentor session zooms or calls. You are not to exceed the number of people allotted for the mentor sessions. Any additional people will be asked to exit the session. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone that violates this privacy and payment policy.
